Baja Foods, LLC is a USDA, MBE certified Hispanic owned company founded in Chicago in 2001. Since that time the company has developed a whole host of frozen Mexican product SKU’s for our customers. Whether it is retail, convenient stores, schools, military or vending, Baja Foods has risen to the task by providing delicious food products, packaged to meet our client’s needs.
While our hand crafted product line is primarily Mexican, our cook room and production techniques have allowed us the flexibility to branch out into other ethnic and American areas. Our R&D department will be delighted to assist you in meeting your product development needs.
